We have a stock of 3x3m and 3x6m gazebos available for hire.

Student Groups
Level Up Your Next Student Event
We help dozens of student groups to deliver top-class events on and off campus every year from band nights in college bars to star-studded annual balls.
For LUSU student groups, we only charge for hire requests at cost. That means we make no surplus from your hire and only ask that you cover our costs so that we can keep supporting lots more activity across campus. This applies for affiliated societies and sport clubs, liberation & campaign forums and college executives (JCRs / PG Board).

How Can LUSU Events Support You?
LUSU Events have a range of professional equipment available for student groups to hire as well as a team of experienced Crew members who can make your events happen. Here are some of the services that we can offer to student groups, among lots of other things too!
Installing and operating sound systems for live bands, DJs and recorded music indoors or outdoors
Installing and operating lighting effects for live music, discos and performances
Installing gazebos for outdoor events
Loaning flags, banners and other decorations
Taking care of heavy lifting for you such as clearing exam desks or moving equipment
