Student volunteers will be holding an Edible Campus market from 11am to 2pm this Thursday (August 4).

Organic produce including lettuce, potatoes, onions, and courgettes, freshly harvested from the Ecohub, will be on sale outside The Deli (on the southern Spine, just off Alexandra Square). Lettuces will be on sale at 50p, and everything else will be £1. 

Sales will take place fortnightly during the summer vacation.

If you would like to help out with the preparation or operation of the stall on Thursday, go to the EcoHub (on South-West Campus) from 9am to 10.30am or to the stall from 11am to 2pm. More information: E-mail green@lancaster.ac.uk
