Santa’s little helpers will be visiting LUSU Living properties before the end of term to deliver a festive gift to all our tenants.

There’s a big tub of sweets, a Christmas card and an informative holiday newsletter on its way to each of our properties in the next two.

The newsletter gives helpful tips about heating controls, frozen pipe prevention, security, bins, emergency contacts and more ahead of the Christmas vacation.

LUSU Living Manager Matthew Ward said: “We just wanted to give all of our households a special treat to get them in the holiday mood and say thank you to them for being such great tenants.”

The end of term is now in sight, but there’s still time to book a viewing with LUSU Living before the start of the holiday.
