New LUSU CEO Announced

LUSU President, Ste Smith, today announced the appointment of LUSU’s new Chief Executive.

Claire Geddes, LUSU’s current Director of Policy & Communications, has been appointed to the role and will take office on October 1st following the retirement of Peter Elliott, the current Chief Executive.

Student Employees Recognised at Awards

Lancaster University students who successfully balance paid work with their studies and make a genuine difference to their employers were recognised at Lancaster’s Student Employee of the Year (SOETY) Awards, presented in a ceremony on Tuesday 4th June in the Lancaster Student’s Union (LUSU) building.
