Join our weekly sessions to help you unwind and relax! Yoga has been shown to lower levels of stress, help you release tension in your limbs and enjoy a better night’s sleep.

Time- 12-1pm

Venue- Brandrigg Room  

Activators- Instructor led

All equipment is provided and Activators will be on hand throughout the session to support participants.
