Constitution
The constitution of the union defines the way in which LUSU is governed and operates. It outlines the nature, functions and limits of our organisation. This means everything from committe meetings, elections and referenda through to union officer roles. All are covered in this document. The constitution is reviewed every 5 years.
In addition there are the bye laws. These contain more detailed information about different areas of the organisation; everything from JCR's individual constitutions to where postering can take place on campus. These can be ammended and updated through the Union Council.
