The Exec are elected members who want to do a little bit more for RAG! Who's on the exec 2008:

President - Keleigh Tomlinson

Who shall: co-ordinate the activities of the executive and be primary representative of the membership. Shall be responsible for calling and convening all meetings. Shall communicate with charities both benefiting and seeking information from RAG. Will attend Union Council and any other relevant meetings. Will be ultimately responsible for the organisation of RAG Week.

Vice President - Edwin Burrows

Who shall: assist the President in all matters and deputise for them in their absence, with the consent of the President.

Publicity Officer - Emily Campbell

Who shall: be responsible for publicising all RAG events. they shall liase with the local media including SCAN and Bailrigg FM and be solely responsible for the maintenance of the RAG website. Both the RAG Mag Editor and Events Committee shall assist in all tasks when necessary.

College Contact - Louise Clearly

Who shall: be responsible for communicating with all the colleges on campus as a means of getting the university working together with RAG and fundraising events on a regular basis.

RAG MAG Editor - Alysha Spencer

Who shall: be responsible for the production and distribution of the annual RAG mag in order to gain donations. The Editor shall not printmaterial that violates the law, University policy, or the Union Equal Opportunity policy. Each addition must be presented to the President for approval before it is distributed. They shall assist the Publicity Officer.

Treasurer - Gillian McCall

Who shall: maintain an up to date account of all financial transactions and check accounts presented by the Union Finance Office. Shall ensure funds raised are completely collected and paid into LUSU Finance Office. Shall present a report on RAG's accounts at the Annual General Meeting and advise the President as necessary on all financial matters.

Safety Officer - Annie Balmer

Who shall: be responsible for the safety of all RAG members and ensure that all RAG activites operate within Union Safety Framework. They shall be responsible for maintaining, and updating as necessary, a code of practice in conjuction with the relevant Union staff members.

Events Coordinator - Simon Turner

Who shall: arrange and oversee any large-scale fundraising events and make sure that all requirements are met, including the RAG Week. They shall also co-ordinate the activities of the Events Committee.

Secretary: Needed!?

Who shall: take all minutes of meetings and other committes as laid out in this constitution and send such minutes to the appropriate forum for ratification. They shall also prepare the agenda for meetings in liason with the Chair, and ensure that these are distributed appropriately. They are also responsible for the ordering and maintenance of both the RAG files and the RAG computer.

Social Secretaries (2) - Needed!?

Who shall: stand for election together and be jointly responsible for organising and publicising a broad range of social events for all RAG members and shall maintain good order at socials. They shall also be involved in the organisation of RAG Week and be responsible for organising and encouraging excursions to RAG RAIDS across the UK.

Events Committee (4)- Robynne Pharo, Christina Banerji, Laura Marsden and Steph Thornber

Who shall: consist of volunteers from the membership who shall assist the Events Co-ordinator in organising all RAG events, be they social or fundraising, and the Publicity Officer in publicising these events.

RAG Raid Co-ordinator - Caitlin Sorohan

Who Shall be responsible for liazing with charities in order for member to go on raids.
