Aikido

  • Aikido at lancaster university

Description

Aikido is a tradtional, non-competitive, Japanese martial art. Lancaster University Aikido offer regular training on campus, and maintain strong links to our sister club, Lancaster Aikido. Aikido is an effective system of self-defence, a good way to build confidence and meet new people, as well as being good exercise and a lot of fun!

We train in a relaxed, friendly environment, and beginners are welcome to join at any point in the year, just turn up and wear clothing you are able to move comfortably in.

We currently train in the Brandrigg Room of Cartmel College:

Wednesdays 18:00-20:00

Saturdays 10:00-12:00

Your first session is free, after which each class is £3.
