“Come one, come all to the Masquerade Ball”
This year’s Graduation Ball takes place at the iconic venue of the Tower Ballroom, Blackpool on 23rd June and has a masquerade theme. We’d love you to get involved by coming in disguise! Our Pinterest boards might give you some inspiration.
You can make your own way to the Tower or take one of our coaches, at either 6.30 or 8pm. Those on the earlier coaches or making their own way can choose to come into the Tower and be entertained by student bands including Fables and Soulrigg or perhaps go for a meal in Blackpool. If you’re making your own way to Blackpool, why not take in some of the local attractions before making your way to the Ball from 7.15pm.
Before the main entertainment kicks off in the Ballroom, enjoy the thrills and spills of the famous Blackpool Tower Circus, where we have an exclusive show lined up for you. You can also enjoy the Blackpool Tower Eye! – feel like you are literally walking on air as you walk across metres of glass at the top of Blackpool Tower and experience sensational views (additional charge applies for the Eye).
Blackpool Tower is an amazing Grade 1 listed building which opened in 1894. The elegant Tower Ballroom, which has hosted BBC’s Strictly Come Dancing, provides a suitably grand setting for the main entertainments at this year’s ball.
