RDS - Negotiation and Gaining Outcomes
Training session for reps and open to other students. We will look at negotiation techniques and how to get the best possible results. This will include effective communication strategies, knowing reasonable outcomes as well as giving you the opportunity to discuss how to apply these techniques within your role as a rep.
