Entrepreneurial students got together to plan their activities for next week’s Deli Takeover event.
Groups of students will work from the Deli’s kitchen as part of a Food Enterprise competition in Week 6 - Global Enterprise Week.
The competition will involve a mix of independent teams and representatives of student societies using the Deli’s professional facilities to launch a new business idea.
The planning session last week gave students chance to get expert advice from the students’ union on budgeting and marketing ahead of next week’s competition.
