Students worked against the clock to create imaginative video adverts as part of a project centred on innovation.

Lancaster students worked with guests on our summer exchange programme to create marketing materials for product ideas they have developed following visits to Lancaster community projects.

Visiting students from universities in India, Pakistan, China, Malaysia and Ghana spent a day with a number of community projects last week and used the visits as inspiration for products and services that could help people in the community.

They were then given a day to produce a video to market their concept.

Students were able to work with professional teams in the union to develop their ideas and marketing materials as part of the project, run by students' union Innovation Co-ordinator Gerasimos Balis.
