Students do hundreds of hours of voluntary work for the Lancaster community every year - and we're making it even easier for organisations to work with us.

We run one of the largest students' union volunteering units in the country, giving our members chance to develop new skills and boost their CV while giving much-appreciated assistance to a huge range of good causes, charities and community groups.

And organisations looking to recruit volunteers can now register online via our website. We've set up this service with the aim of extending our reach to even more community organisations and offering students a greater choice of volunteering opportunities.
