There are lots of different ways you can contact us. We love talking to our members face to face but know that isn’t always possible.

If you’d like to talk to one of our officer or staff team but don’t know who, take a look at our profiles and individual contact information.

If you’d like to give us feedback about any of our opportunities or service, that can be comments or compliments you can submit them here. This will go straight to our Solutions Team who will work out who is the best person to act on your feedback. You can give feedback anonymously but if you do leave a contact we will get back to you with what we’ve done about your issue.

If you wish to make a formal complaint about our services, we have a clear procedure to do this which is set out in our bye laws. We take all complaints very seriously and will try and resolve them if possible.
